Jacob Stoeltzing

Attorney Jacob Stoeltzing attended Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy. After graduation, he was selected as a recipient of McGeorge School of Law’s full tuition Kennedey Scholarship. During law school, Jacob gained valuable experience working in the McGeorge Community Legal Service Center, competing in moot court competitions as a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, and interning two summers with Frank Penney Injury Lawyers.


He graduated from McGeorge with distinction.After being admitted to the bar, Jacob began his legal career in 2022 representing employees of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in civil rights litigation. After this position, he worked as a Deputy District Attorney for Sutter County for two years. There, he was lead attorney in four jury trials and argued over 100 disputed hearings.


Jacob has a passion for justice and is excited to fight for injured individuals to get the help they need to put their lives together again.Jacob has been married to his wife Mariah for seven years and they have an energetic two-year-old daughter that keeps them both busy and smiling.


They are currently expecting their second daughter this fall. In addition to quality family time, Jacob enjoys playing guitar, cooking, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.Prior to finishing college, Jacob served a mission with his church in Stockholm, Sweden, where he learned the language and still enjoys reading his Swedish Harry Potter set.
