Liam Conley

Liam Conley is a personal injury attorney at Frank Penney Injury Law, serving clients throughout Northern California. With a background spanning wildfire litigation, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice defense, and elder abuse, Liam brings a uniquely broad legal perspective to fighting for injured individuals and their families.

Liam earned his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, where he distinguished himself by winning the Best Defense Team award in Trial Advocacy — recognized specifically for delivering closing arguments at a professional level. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Government from Sacramento State University. While in law school, Liam worked at Eric Ratinoff Law Corp., where he helped hundreds of Northern California clients navigate the legal aftermath of devastating wildfires — experience that instilled a deep commitment to fighting for people at their most vulnerable.

Before joining Frank Penney Injury Law, Liam built a diverse litigation background across multiple practice areas. As an associate at Zimmerman Law, P.C., he focused on medical malpractice and elder abuse defense — work that required rigorous analysis of complex medical records, treatment standards, and expert testimony. The expertise he developed in parsing medical evidence is now a direct asset to the injury victims he represents, helping him build stronger, better-documented cases.

Liam then returned to plaintiff-side advocacy at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, where he represented more than 100 injured workers in California workers’ compensation matters. He guided clients through every phase of litigation — including trial — ensuring they received the full benefits they were entitled to under California law.

Today, Liam applies his trial experience, medical knowledge, and deep understanding of California injury law to advocating for accident victims across Sacramento, Roseville, Modesto, Stockton, and Oakland.
