Joshua Boyce, personal injury attorney at Frank Penney Injury Law

Joshua Boyce is a personal injury attorney at Frank Penney Injury Law focused on helping injured individuals and families pursue justice after serious accidents. He represents clients in matters involving truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death claims, and other catastrophic injury cases throughout Northern California.

Joshua brings a diverse professional background in accounting, insurance defense, and litigation, giving him a well-rounded perspective when handling claims against major insurance companies.

Joshua attended Brigham Young University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems. After graduation, he worked in public accounting before transitioning into the legal profession.

He later earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he developed strong advocacy skills through mock trial competitions and as an active member of the Moot Court Honors Board.

Joshua’s early legal experience included clerking for a San Diego law firm involved in major securities litigation connected to the Enron matter, as well as working for an insurance defense firm. Those experiences ultimately led him to focus his career on representing injured plaintiffs and their families rather than insurance carriers.

Today, Joshua concentrates on personal injury law and litigation, representing clients in a broad range of accident and injury matters throughout Northern California. He is known for maintaining clear communication with clients and believes injured individuals deserve access to the same high-quality legal representation often utilized by insurance companies.

Joshua is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Outside of his legal practice, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, snowboarding, basketball, and traveling.
