Priscilla M. Parker (Chu) was born and raised in Hong Kong. She was raised bilingual and was educated under the British school system and moved to the United States at the age of 13.
Priscilla received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Communication from the University of California, Davis. After graduation, she received her Juris Doctor Degree from Northwestern University California School of Law.
She began working at the Law Offices of Frank D. Penney as a Law Clerk in 2007 and she has gained extensive experience in the personal injury field. Priscilla participates in mediations and trials and has been involved in written discovery, law and motion, trial preparation, and litigation.
Priscilla strongly believes in the need to be an advocate for those who have been injured and she is committed to providing the best legal representation to her clients. Her experience and language abilities also help Penney Law offer personal injury legal services to the Chinese community in the Sacramento area.
Priscilla is licensed to practice law in California. She is bilingual and speaks Chinese fluently.
